Apparently, Fairy Tail is getting a new anime project sometime in 2017 I'm assuming, but it comes at a very interesting time, considering that the manga probably only has 1-2 years left before it ends. The reasons for the 2014 anime ending I think had to do with the fact that they were catching up to the manga, and there was a rumor saying that A-1 wasn't satisfied with the quality of the Tartarus Arc. So that begs the question: What will this project be? Could Fairy Tail potentially go seasonal? Will it be another spinoff?
